Ingredients
  

  • 1 large beet
  • 2 large thumb size ginger pieces
  • 1 lime or lemon (peeled)
  • 6-7 stalks of celery
  • 2-3 large kale leaves
  • 4-6 apples

Instructions
 

  • Wash all the ingredients well. Run them through a juicer. Strain it and serve.

Notes

Pro-tip: I prefer mine super cold, so I pour it into a frosted glass mug or mason jar. Will keep in the fridge for 2 days.
