Chia Seed and Yogurt Fruit Cup
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cups chia seeds
- frozen or fresh fruit berries of your choice
- chopped nuts of your choice (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium size bowl, whisk together almond milk, yogurt, syrup, vanilla extract and salt. Divide in half.
- Add chia seeds to 1/2 of the yogurt mixture. Cover both and refrigerate for at least an hour, but preferably overnight.
- Spoon chia yogurt mixture in bottom of cup, layer with strawberries, Add a layer of the plain yogurt mixture. Top with fruit and nuts.
